You may request information from the Data Controller about the processing of your personal data within the period of data processing. The right to deletion does not apply if the Data Controller is required by law to store the data further, or if the Data Controller is entitled to further process the personal data in accordance with Section 6(5) of the Information Act (for example, in connection with invoicing).
You may request that the Data Controller block personal data if permanent deletion of the data would harm the legitimate interests of the data subject. Personal data blocked in this way may only be processed for as long as the purpose that precluded the deletion of the personal data exists.
You may object to the processing of your personal data if the processing or transmission of personal data is necessary solely for the performance of a legal obligation applicable to the Data Controller or for the exercise of the legitimate interests of the Data Controller, the data recipient or a third party, except in the case of mandatory data processing and in the case specified in Section 6 (5) of the Information Act; if the use or transmission of personal data – without your consent – is for the purpose of direct marketing, public opinion polling or scientific research.
The Data Controller shall examine the objection within the shortest possible time from the submission of the request, but no later than 15 days, and shall make a decision on its merits and shall inform you of its decision in writing.
